    Mr. Emmanuel is responsible for the project development, investment, construction, operation, and maintenance for potential target customers in Philippines’s region of the group.

    He started his career as Professor in Dept of Electronics and Communication of University of East, Philippines. He was a chairman of solar system company, and he was also a President of a household appliances wholesaler.

  • Anthony Sun

    General Manager, Ditrolic Energy (Shanghai) Co. Ltd

    Mr. Anthony is responsible for the project development, investment, construction, operation and maintenance for potential target customers in China region of the group.

    He has 14 years of experience in photovoltaic industry, including five years of overseas working experience. He has rich knowledge and practical experience in the upstream and downstream supply chain and project investment, contract performance, delivery, operation and maintenance of new energy industry.

    Head of Project Delivery & Operation

    Mr. Loke is the Head of Project Delivery & Operation (PDO) of Ditrolic Energy.

    A seasoned Project Manager with an illustrious career spanning 16 years, showcasing extensive expertise in a diverse range of construction and development projects. His multifaceted experience includes overseeing projects in various sectors such as township, high-rise, hotel & resort, mixed development, factory development, outlets expansion and interior design & renovation. Mr Loke has collaborated with multinational companies across several continents, including Africa, UAE, Europe, China, Singapore, and Malaysia.

    One of Mr. Loke’s key strengths lies in his in-depth knowledge of Project Delivery and Contract Management, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of projects within stipulated timelines and budgets. His hands-on experience in managing complex projects across different geographies has honed his skills in navigating diverse regulatory environments and cultural landscapes.

    Mr. Loke holds a Master’s Degrees in Project Management and Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom.

    Ts. Angie Leong is the Head of Commercial & Industrial Projects at Ditrolic Energy, bringing over 17 years of extensive experience in electrical engineering. Her career includes 12 years in project management and 5 years specialising in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. Accredited as a Professional Technologist by the Malaysian Board of Technologists (MBOT) and a Chartered Engineer (CEng) by the Engineering Council (UK) through the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), Ms. Angie exemplifies a commitment to professional excellence and industry standards.

    In her role, Ms. Angie specialises in managing end-to-end project execution for solar PV installations, with a strong emphasis on timely delivery, cost efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality assurance. Her leadership has been pivotal in the successful commissioning of numerous grid-connected solar PV systems for the commercial and industrial sectors across Malaysia.

    Ms. Angie’s approach is deeply rooted in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that every project delivers client-centric solutions that consistently exceed expectations. Her professional credentials and proven track record position her as a passionate advocate for advancing sustainable energy development in Malaysia and beyond.

  • Noor Azzizan

    Head of Engineering and Utility Projects

    With over 12 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, Azzizan has built a robust expertise in the development, engineering, and execution of solar energy projects. His portfolio spans a diverse range of projects, from mid-scale commercial and industrial (C&I) solar installations to large-scale utility projects, including a landmark 136 MWp development. This extensive experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of the technical, operational, and regulatory complexities within the renewable energy landscape.

    In addition to his engineering and project management capabilities, Azzizan plays a pivotal role in supporting business development teams. He provides critical technical insights, evaluates project feasibility, and contributes to strategic planning, ensuring seamless alignment between technical solutions and business objectives. His ability to bridge the gap between engineering and business strategy has been instrumental in delivering successful and impactful outcomes.

    Head of Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability

    Mr. Kishok is an experienced and dedicated Head of Environment Health Safety & Sustainability with a passion for creating positive environmental and social impacts. With 9 years of expertise in the field, he has successfully developed and implemented
    comprehensive environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs for various organisations.

    He holds a major in OHS Management System and started his career in the year 2014 as an OHS Practitioner and an on-going experience in renewable energy sector, notwithstanding 3 years of working experience in both high-rise projects and oil & gas construction. He has a proven track record of ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards while driving continuous improvement in sustainability practices. He possesses a deep understanding of environmental management systems, risk assessment methodologies, and sustainable development principles.

    Mr. Kishok is a highly organised and detail-oriented professional, capable of managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams. With excellent communication skills, he effectively communicates the importance of EHS and sustainability initiatives to all levels of the organization, driving awareness and engagement.

  • Wong Choon Fuan

    Acting Regional Lead, Utilities Scale Segment

    Mr. Wong is the Acting Regional Lead in Utility Scale Segment at Ditrolic Energy, brings extensive expertise in the renewable energy sector, specifically in utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) projects. With over five years of experience in renewable energy field, Wong has been instrumental in managing and executing numerous large-scale solar PV installations. Based in Johor, Malaysia, Wong’s impressive portfolio includes overseeing commercial and industrial rooftop grid-connected systems, with capacities accumulative of more than 20 MWp. His role encompasses project tender submissions, mechanical design, site monitoring, and ensuring timely project progress, highlighting his comprehensive understanding of the renewable energy landscape.

    Mr. Wong holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from University Malaysia Pahang.

  • Chan Wan Yin

    Chief Financial Officer

    Ms. Chan Wan Yin is a seasoned finance professional with over 25 years of global experience spanning corporate finance, investment management, and strategic development across Asia and the United States of America.

    As the Chief Financial Officer of Ditrolic Energy, Ms. Chan oversees the Group’s finance-related matters across five markets: Malaysia, Singapore, Bangladesh, China, and the Philippines.

    Previously, Ms. Chan held leadership roles at Yinson Green Technologies, Touch’n Go, Navis Capital Partners, and Maybank, where she was instrumental in formulating corporate strategies, establishing private equity funds, and driving operational improvements. Her early career at Goldman Sachs, Ernst & Young, and Arthur Andersen laid a strong foundation in financial reporting, internal controls, and audit for top-tier asset managers and institutions.

    Ms. Chan is a Fellow CPA (Australia), a registered Singapore Chartered Accountant, and a member of the US AICPA. She is recognised as a strategic and empathetic leader, known for building high-performing multicultural teams, forging strong stakeholder relationships, and being a collaborative strategist who drives operational excellence and impactful change. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business (Accounting) from Monash University, Australia.

  • Jacky Lee

    Executive Director (Special Projects)

    Mr. Jacky Lee holds multiple pivotal roles within Ditrolic Energy, exemplifying his versatile expertise and leadership in the renewable energy sector. As the CEO of Construction at Ditrolic Solar, he oversees major projects and ensures the highest standards in solar PV installations. Additionally, he serves as the Executive Director of Ditrolic Solar (Sabah) Sdn Bhd, where he spearheaded Ditrolic Energy’s strategic expansion into East Malaysia.

    In his role as the Managing Director of Ditrolic OMS Sdn Bhd, Jacky is responsible for the comprehensive asset management of the company’s diverse portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of solar assets.

    Jacky’s extensive professional experience in engineering makes him an invaluable asset to the company. His all-encompassing skills span every stage of project development, from initial design and installation to the ongoing maintenance of large-scale solar PV projects, solidifying Ditrolic Energy’s position as a leader in the industry.solution, Michelle is driving the next phase of company growth through designing net zero energy roadmap for our corporate clients.

  • Michelle Ong

    Executive Director (Commercial Operations)

    Ms. Michelle Ong is one of the key drivers behind Ditrolic Energy’s business and company growth. She improved and expanded the company’s sales programme from a field sales force orientation to a broader market approach, improving returns and profit for the group.

    With 15 years of hands-on experience in large-scale solar PV projects across Asia, she is a strong proponent for strategic and comprehensive renewable energy and sustainable business initiatives. These include introducing low carbon and low-cost power solutions to Malaysia and bringing innovative clean energy products and services to the region.

    As proof of her competency and expertise, she has led around 400 Solar PV deployment projects, developed close to 400MW of Solar PV projects and pioneering net zero solutions for our clients. Leveraging on Ditrolic Energy’s EnerLoop solution, Michelle is driving the next phase of company growth through designing net zero energy roadmap for our corporate clients.

  • Tham Chee Aun

    Group Chief Executive Officer

    Mr. Tham Chee Aun is the founder and CEO of Ditrolic Energy Group, a regional clean energy company, with over 14 years of experience in the field of solar and renewable energy in Malaysia and beyond.

    As one of the early starters of the industry, he has broad experience in business development, project execution, corporate and project structuring as well as wide exposure in renewable energy finance and contracts. In his capacity as the Group CEO, he provides strategic direction to the company and manages operations in the key strategic area of the group businesses.

    To date, Mr Tham Chee Aun has successfully developed and owned more than 350MW of projects in various countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia and Bangladesh. He also sits on the board of a Chinese and European Fortune 500 Independent Power Producer subsidiary.

    Tham Chee Aun holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in Electrical & Computer System.

  • Phoon Hee Yau

    Chief Operating Officer

    Mr. Phoon Hee Yau is a seasoned senior executive with over 24 years of experience across the clean energy, infrastructure, industrial, manufacturing, and utilities sectors. A Fulbright Scholar and MIT ASEAN Scholarship recipient, he recently completed a full-time Executive MBA at MIT. His strong foundation in the energy industry, developed through roles at Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) and KNM Renewable Energy, equips him to guide teams and drive business growth.

    Mr. Phoon also holds a Professional Certificate in Grid-Connected Solar Photovoltaic (PV) technologies from the Renewables Academy (RENAC) in Berlin, sponsored by the German Ministry for the Environment. His career is defined by successful corporate ventures and business development initiatives, consistently delivering significant value.     Independent Advisory Board Member

    Before joining Ditrolic Energy as an Advisory Board Member, Mr. Sam Ong held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Vena Energy—the largest independent power producer (IPP) in the Asia-Pacific region focused on renewable energy. His previous roles also include serving as CFO of SMRT Corporation and Deputy CEO of Hyflux Ltd.

    With a career spanning over three decades Mr. Ong has held leadership roles across Asia and the USA, embracing global responsibilities. His extensive experience in managing financial and commercial teams within the energy and water infrastructure industries showcases his dedication to fostering innovation and sustainability through an entrepreneurial spirit.

    Mr. Ong holds an MBA from Drake University, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Alberta, Canada.

  • Valerie Speth

    Non-independent Non-Executive Director

    Dr. Valerie Speth is the Co-Lead APAC for the Climate Infrastructure Group which invests and manages investments and portfolio companies of the Global Renewable Power Fund 3 (4.8 Billion USD) and the Climate Finance Partnership (673 Mio. USD). As a qualified mechanical engineer, she brings more than 15 years’ of experience in the renewable power sector in Europe and APAC. Prior to joining BlackRock, she was the CEO of a global wind and solar developer for APAC and hold senior leadership positions in strategy, M&A and portfolio management. Dr. Valerie was placed in the “Top 40 under 40” in 2019, 2020 and 2021 by the Capital business magazine in Germany.
    Dr. Valerie holds an engineering diploma from University of Stuttgart, a Master of Engineering Management as a Fulbright Scholar from Duke University, a PhD in Business from St. Gallen University, a Personal Leadership Certificate from Stanford Graduate School of Business and an International Director Certificate from INSEAD.

    Mr. Jacky Lee holds multiple pivotal roles within Ditrolic Energy, exemplifying his versatile expertise and leadership in the renewable energy sector. As the CEO of Construction at Ditrolic Solar, he oversees major projects and ensures the highest standards in solar PV installations. Additionally, he serves as the Executive Director of Ditrolic Solar (Sabah) Sdn Bhd, where he spearheaded Ditrolic Energy’s strategic expansion into East Malaysia.

    In his role as the Managing Director of Ditrolic OMS Sdn Bhd, Jacky is responsible for the comprehensive asset management of the company’s diverse portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of solar assets.

    Jacky’s extensive professional experience in engineering makes him an invaluable asset to the company. His all-encompassing skills span every stage of project development, from initial design and installation to the ongoing maintenance of large-scale solar PV projects, solidifying Ditrolic Energy’s position as a leader in the industry.

  • Michelle Ong

    Non-independent Executive Director

    Ms. Michelle Ong is one of the key drivers behind Ditrolic Energy’s business and company growth. She improved and expanded the company’s sales programme from a field sales force orientation to a broader market approach, improving returns and profit for the group.

    With 15 years of hands-on experience in large-scale solar PV projects across Asia, she is a strong proponent for strategic and comprehensive renewable energy and sustainable business initiatives. These include introducing low carbon and low-cost power solutions to Malaysia and bringing innovative clean energy products and services to the region.

    As proof of her competency and expertise, she has led around 400 Solar PV deployment projects, developed close to 400MW of Solar PV projects and pioneering net zero solutions for our clients. Leveraging on Ditrolic Energy’s EnerLoop solution, Michelle is driving the next phase of company growth through designing net zero energy roadmap for our corporate clients.

  • Tham Chee Aun

    Non-independent Executive Chairman

    Mr. Tham Chee Aun is the founder and CEO of Ditrolic Energy Group, a regional clean energy company, with over 14 years of experience in the field of solar and renewable energy in Malaysia and beyond.

    As one of the early starters of the industry, he has broad experience in business development, project execution, corporate and project structuring as well as wide exposure in renewable energy finance and contracts. In his capacity as the Group CEO, he provides strategic direction to the company and manages operations in the key strategic area of the group businesses.

    To date, Mr Tham Chee Aun has successfully developed and owned more than 350MW of projects in various countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia and Bangladesh. He also sits on the board of a Chinese and European Fortune 500 Independent Power Producer subsidiary.
