Ditrolic Energy Launches Malaysia’s First Integrated Net-Zero Energy Operating System for Energy Transition

Kuala Lumpur, October 9, 2024 — Ditrolic Energy, a leading clean energy solutions provider, has introduced the EnerLoop operating system — a net-zero energy platform poised to revolutionise our approach to energy transition. The official launch took place during the International Greentech & Eco Products Exhibition & Conference Malaysia (IGEM) 2024 in Kuala Lumpur, graced by the presence of YAB Dato’ Sri Haji Fadillah Bin Haji Yusof, Malaysia’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy Transition and Water Transformation (PETRA).

The EnerLoop operating system, a first-of-its-kind initiative in Malaysia and Southeast Asia, builds upon Ditrolic Energy’s flagship net-zero electricity programme. It offers a comprehensive suite of solutions designed to empower organisations across diverse sectors in achieving their sustainability goals. With a single login, users gain access to a range of pre-configured net-zero solutions, including solar power, battery energy storage systems, retail green electricity purchase, smart building energy management, and carbon tracking functionality. EnerLoop seamlessly connects on-site hardware assets to digital applications. This holistic approach provides real-time visibility and control over energy usage and carbon emissions.

During the launch, Ditrolic Energy solidified several pivotal agreements under the EnerLoop programme with local and international partners. These agreements include signing of SunLease Power Purchase Agreement with Destination Resorts and Hotels Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Berhad for solar energy purchase for Desaru Coast and Legoland, signing of 50MWp EnerGreen Corporate Green Power Agreement with Nippon Electric Glass (Malaysia), purchase of Renewable Energy Certificate to power up The Exchange TRX Mall and signing of strategic collaboration with German chemical giant, BASF for joint development of EnerPack Battery Energy Storage System.
